Reflection:
By using an Infographic to illustrate a computer technical process, it allows the learner to feel less threaten or overwhelm by the amount or technical information. For a person to be able to create a complete, but simplistic infograph, the person needs to be knowledgeable, an expert in field, and able to translate the information into a more easily form for better understanding.

Going through this activity had provided me a way to reach a greater diverse population of computer users. This process “demonstrate fluency in technology systems and the transfer of current knowledge to new technologies and situations" (http://www.iste.org/docs/pdfs/nets-t-standards.pdf?sfvrsn=2).  I have worked with computer networking, configuration, and implementation for over twelve years.  My knowledge is very technical.  Using the infograph allowed me to deliver technical information into a more easily understood in a high level of presentation.  This activity has helped me at work to present very technical information into an overview so management can understand its propose and direction.
